Contract Psychologist (Novena)
About the job Contract Psychologist (Novena)
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the development and review of scam assessment and support programmes.
- Develop programme criteria and outcome evaluation frameworks.
- Design and review research tools, including interviews, questionnaires and databases.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative data transcription, cleaning and analysis.
- Prepare technical and academic reports for internal and potential publication purposes.
- Develop presentation materials for training, seminars and conferences.
- Support trauma-informed practices in policing, particularly in victimology.
- Support training and assessment activities for relevant courses.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology or a relevant discipline.
- Experience in psychology, behavioural sciences, research or related fields; forensic or victim-support experience is advantageous.
- Experience in research and project management.
- Strong knowledge of statistics and proficiency in statistical software.
- Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong written and spoken English with good analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches is advantageous.
Duration/Working hours:
1 year (Immediate)
42 hours per week
