Responsibilities
- Support Customer Account and Tax operations, including issue tracking, follow-ups, and resolution with stakeholders
- Coordinate system integration, deployment, and post-implementation (hypercare) support with system integrators and agencies
- Support system configuration, SIT/UAT testing, change requests, and new feature releases
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and ensure timely responses
- Conduct briefings and training on system updates and new functionalities
- Maintain and update project documentation and SOPs
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy, Business, Finance, IT, Systems, or related field
- Interest in Ops-Tech / finance systems roles
- Understanding of finance processes (AR, Taxes, GST)
- Knowledge of financial systems, XBRL, XML, or system implementation is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Meticulous, independent, and a good team player
- Able to multitask and manage deadlines
Duration/Working hours:
6 months contract (Immediate)
Mon-Fri: 42 hours per week
