Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Account and Tax operations, including issue tracking, follow-ups, and resolution with stakeholders
  • Coordinate system integration, deployment, and post-implementation (hypercare) support with system integrators and agencies
  • Support system configuration, SIT/UAT testing, change requests, and new feature releases
  • Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and ensure timely responses
  • Conduct briefings and training on system updates and new functionalities
  • Maintain and update project documentation and SOPs

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accountancy, Business, Finance, IT, Systems, or related field
  • Interest in Ops-Tech / finance systems roles
  • Understanding of finance processes (AR, Taxes, GST)
  • Knowledge of financial systems, XBRL, XML, or system implementation is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Meticulous, independent, and a good team player
  • Able to multitask and manage deadlines

Duration/Working hours:

6 months contract (Immediate)

Mon-Fri: 42 hours per week
