Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate strategic planning and long-term horizon scanning of community engagement efforts with religious organisations
  • Track engagement targets and develop initiatives to achieve desired outcomes
  • Develop and manage IT tools for tracking and follow-up on stakeholder engagements
  • Support capability development, partnerships, and initiatives related to inter-religious relations, social cohesion, and crisis preparedness

Requirement: 

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with community groups (NGOs, VWOs, or Government Agencies preferred)
  • Strong written and spoken English; knowledge of mother tongue languages/dialects is an advantage

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data/financial literacy

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility

  • Able to work independently, multitask, and perform under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and volunteer management skills

  • Comfortable with ad-hoc tasks and flexible working hours (evenings, weekends, after-office-hours engagements)

  • Strong interest in community building, inter-religious relations, and social cohesion

  • Duration:

    24 months contract (With option to extend another year)
