About the job Operation Executive (Woodlands)
- Administrative & Communication Support: Manage student discipline matters, maintain related records, and prepare reports for HOD/Student Management.

On-Ground Discipline Support: Supervise canteen, detention, and patrol duties; manage students under detention or in-house suspension in compliance with school rules.

Event & General Support: Assist at school events and perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal, or Key Personnel.
Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience in secondary schools or student management roles.

Experience in law enforcement agencies (e.g., SPF, CNB) is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with students.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Duration/Workng hours:
1 year contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 60 mins lunch break
- Fridays: 7:30am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 60 mins lunch break (8 hr work)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
