About the job Operation Executive (Woodlands)

  • Administrative & Communication Support: Manage student discipline matters, maintain related records, and prepare reports for HOD/Student Management.

  • On-Ground Discipline Support: Supervise canteen, detention, and patrol duties; manage students under detention or in-house suspension in compliance with school rules.

  • Event & General Support: Assist at school events and perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal, or Key Personnel.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in secondary schools or student management roles.

  • Experience in law enforcement agencies (e.g., SPF, CNB) is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with students.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Duration/Workng hours:

1 year contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 60 mins lunch break
  • Fridays: 7:30am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 60 mins lunch break (8 hr work)
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
