Management Executive (Alexandra)

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple programmes, events, and stakeholder activities across teams
- Support end-to-end administration of awards, training, engagement, and leadership programmes
- Manage nominations, evaluations, scheduling, and documentation processes
- Assist with event planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite support
- Support procurement processes including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and records with accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate communications, invitations, and programme updates
- Support development of engagement materials, EDMs, and basic communication assets
- Assist in staff engagement activities, forums, and leadership development initiatives
- Facilitate coordination between internal teams, external partners, and vendors
- Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure smooth programme execution
Must-Have Qualities:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, administration, or events support
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
- Excellent attention to detail in data handling, reporting, and documentation
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups and resolving issues
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience supporting events, programmes, or vendor management
- Ability to work independently and support senior staff effectively
- Comfortable working in structured, multi-stakeholder environments (public sector experience an advantage)
Duration/ Working hours:
1 year contract (Immediate)
Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week
