Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple programmes, events, and stakeholder activities across teams
  • Support end-to-end administration of awards, training, engagement, and leadership programmes
  • Manage nominations, evaluations, scheduling, and documentation processes
  • Assist with event planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite support
  • Support procurement processes including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management
  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and records with accuracy and consistency
  • Coordinate communications, invitations, and programme updates
  • Support development of engagement materials, EDMs, and basic communication assets
  • Assist in staff engagement activities, forums, and leadership development initiatives
  • Facilitate coordination between internal teams, external partners, and vendors
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure smooth programme execution

Must-Have Qualities:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, administration, or events support
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail in data handling, reporting, and documentation
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups and resolving issues
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience supporting events, programmes, or vendor management
  • Ability to work independently and support senior staff effectively
  • Comfortable working in structured, multi-stakeholder environments (public sector experience an advantage)

Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week
