About the job Admin Assistant (Expo)

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and process new Publisher Account applications.
  • Handle enquiries and correspond with publishers on account and ISN applications.
  • Support publisher account clean-up and update account categorisation in the Deposit Portal.
  • Assist with administrative duties, data compilation, and reports for acquisition of library materials.
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors and managers.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Meticulous and organised.

Expected Deliverables

  • Process new Publisher Account applications daily.
  • Support completion of publisher account clean-up exercise.
  • Respond promptly to publishers' enquiries.

Duration/ Working hours:

5 months contract (Jun 26 to Oct 26)

Monday to Friday: 7.30am - 4.30pm
