About the job Admin Assistant (Expo)
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and process new Publisher Account applications.
- Handle enquiries and correspond with publishers on account and ISN applications.
- Support publisher account clean-up and update account categorisation in the Deposit Portal.
- Assist with administrative duties, data compilation, and reports for acquisition of library materials.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors and managers.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Meticulous and organised.
Expected Deliverables
- Process new Publisher Account applications daily.
- Support completion of publisher account clean-up exercise.
- Respond promptly to publishers' enquiries.
Duration/ Working hours:
5 months contract (Jun 26 to Oct 26)
Monday to Friday: 7.30am - 4.30pm
