Job Responsibilities

  • Support records management activities, including reviewing off-site stored files, stock takes, and maintaining tracking lists.
  • Assist with document and records migration tasks, including file extraction and uploads to designated systems.
  • Review and update records metadata, retention details, and security classifications.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records information.
  • Liaise with internal users on queries and provide status updates.
  • Support other ad-hoc records management duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of office administration experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Comfortable working with data and IT systems.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Prior records management experience is an advantage but not required.

Duration/Working hours:

12 months contract (Jul 2026 to Jun 2027)

42 hours per week
