About the job Procurement Assistant Manager (Outram)
About the Role:
Support day-to-day procurement operations for government projects, including managing GeBIZ and WorkDay platforms and assisting with ad-hoc procurement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase orders and catalogue items on GeBIZ and WorkDay
- Troubleshoot platform errors and conduct open PO monitoring
- Support ad-hoc procurement projects as needed
Candidate Competency Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of procurement experience in a government agency
- Supply Chain/Procurement certification or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of government procurement guidelines and platforms preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, time management, and organisational skills

Duration/Working hours:
3 months contract (May 2026 to Aug 2026)
42 hours per week
