About the Role:
Support day-to-day procurement operations for government projects, including managing GeBIZ and WorkDay platforms and assisting with ad-hoc procurement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders and catalogue items on GeBIZ and WorkDay
  • Troubleshoot platform errors and conduct open PO monitoring
  • Support ad-hoc procurement projects as needed

Candidate Competency Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of procurement experience in a government agency
  • Supply Chain/Procurement certification or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of government procurement guidelines and platforms preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication, time management, and organisational skills
  • Degree

Duration/Working hours:

3 months contract (May 2026 to Aug 2026)

42 hours per week
