Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of procurement officers to develop category strategies and governance frameworks

  • Act as a procurement business partner, providing advice to stakeholders on procurement needs

  • Establish robust construction procurement and contract management practices

  • Review tender and post-award contract documents for compliance and optimisation

  • Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiency in procurement

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years experience in government procurement, including 5 years in a management role in construction or facilities management

  • Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, systems, and guidelines (e.g., GeBIZ, IM on Procurement)
