About the job Receptionist (Marine Terrace)

Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, attend to visitors, handle calls and messages

  • Attend to sick/injured students and contact parents when required

  • Perform data entry and general administrative support

  • Maintain records (lost & found, sick bay, incidents, early release)

  • Issue and track uniform loans, report books and graduation certificates

  • Distribute mail/items and inform staff of deliveries

  • Maintain stationery inventory and keep front desk/office areas neat

  • Support ad-hoc tasks (packing by class, lamination/binding, staff labels, NRIC collection)

  • Any other duties assigned by school management

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 GCE O-Level passes

  • Preferably 3 years reception/front desk experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Duration/ Working hours:

22 months contract (Feb 26 to Dec 27)

  • Mondays to Wednesdays and Fridays: 6:45am to 4:15pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Thursdays: 6:45am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
