About the job Receptionist (Marine Terrace)
Duties
-
Manage front desk operations, attend to visitors, handle calls and messages

Attend to sick/injured students and contact parents when required
-
Perform data entry and general administrative support
-
Maintain records (lost & found, sick bay, incidents, early release)
-
Issue and track uniform loans, report books and graduation certificates
-
Distribute mail/items and inform staff of deliveries
-
Maintain stationery inventory and keep front desk/office areas neat
-
Support ad-hoc tasks (packing by class, lamination/binding, staff labels, NRIC collection)
-
Any other duties assigned by school management
Requirements

Minimum 5 GCE O-Level passes
-
Preferably 3 years reception/front desk experience

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
22 months contract (Feb 26 to Dec 27)
- Mondays to Wednesdays and Fridays: 6:45am to 4:15pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Thursdays: 6:45am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
