Strategy & Ops Specialist (Pasir Panjang)

Seeking an experienced Operations & Program Manager to streamline operations, drive efficiency, and foster a thriving team culture. You will oversee key initiatives, manage projects, coordinate training, and lead employee engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize operational processes and ensure smooth project execution.

• Track performance, analyze data, and prepare clear reports.

• Plan and support internal training and skills development programs.

• Coordinate outreach and engagement initiatives internally and externally.

• Manage ad hoc projects and special assignments.

• Lead employee recognition, feedback, and team-building activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

• 3–7 years of experience in operations, strategy, or program management.

• Strong process improvement, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

• Experienced in event planning, project management tools, and productivity software.

• Familiarity with AI and automation technologies is a plus.
