Learning & Development Specialist – Service & Enforcement (Buona Vista)

Job Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning programmes for public sector service, compliance and enforcement capabilities.
• Develop online, blended and classroom learning interventions, including curriculum and training materials.
• Partner subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop learning resources and programmes.
• Facilitate learning sessions, workshops and discussions.
• Manage end-to-end programme development, including stakeholders, budgets and timelines.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Conduct research on L&D trends and emerging practices.
• Support consultancy projects with public agencies on L&D, competency development and service transformation.

Requirements

• Relevant experience or strong interest in Learning & Development (L&D), instructional design or adult learning.
• Experience in programme design, facilitation or learning delivery will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational, analytical, project management and communication skills.
• Confident in engaging and presenting to stakeholders at different levels.
• Proactive, resourceful, innovative and adaptable.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for L&D are welcome to apply.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract

42 hours per week
