ob Responsibilities

  • Conduct school walkabouts and area supervision to monitor and manage student behaviour.
  • Supervise students serving detention and reflective learning sessions.
  • Support student incident management through preliminary conversations, record-keeping and documentation.
  • Assist with school events, student development programmes and other school activities.
  • Build positive relationships with students while maintaining firm, fair and professional boundaries.
  • Perform administrative, operational and student management duties as assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma, GCE 'A' Level or 5 GCE 'O' Level passes, including English, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Patient, responsible and able to manage students with a firm and fair approach.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience or interest in youth engagement, student management or school administration.
  • Prior experience working with children or youths will be an advantage.

Duration/working hours:

1 year contract (Sep/Oct 2026 to Aug/Sep 2027)

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:45am – 5:00pm
  • Friday: 7:45am – 4:30pm

  • 45-minute lunch break

  • 42-hour work week
