About the job Student Management Officer (Punggol)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the school in investigating student misconduct cases through interviews, evidence review and case documentation.
  • Prepare clear and accurate investigation reports for the school's discipline team.
  • Conduct student check-ins and support structured rehabilitation programmes.
  • Engage parents/guardians and coordinate with teachers, counsellors and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidential records of disciplinary cases, rehabilitation plans and student progress.
  • Conduct school walkabouts to support preventive efforts and promote a safe school environment.
  • Liaise with external agencies and community partners when required.
  • Prepare progress reports and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent, preferably in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience working with youth.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in investigation or case management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and report-writing skills.
  • Able to handle sensitive situations, resolve conflicts and work independently.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Duration/Working hours:

11 months contract ( Jan 2027 to Nov 2027)

Monday to Thursday: 8.00am to 5.30pm (including 1 hour lunch break)
Friday: 8.00am to 5.00pm (including 1 hour lunch break)
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
