Job Responsibilities

  • Support fact-finding and investigations into student misconduct and bullying cases.
  • Document case findings and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage students involved in disciplinary matters and provide support and guidance.
  • Build rapport with at-risk students and identify early signs of behavioural concerns.
  • Support student safety plans and monitor student well-being following incidents.
  • Provide supervision at designated areas and key periods such as recess, dismissal and lesson transitions.
  • Respond to student-management concerns and assist with conflict de-escalation and referrals.
  • Monitor students undergoing disciplinary interventions where required.
  • Identify recurring disciplinary concerns and highlight possible preventive measures.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N-Level qualification.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a school or equivalent environment.
  • Prior experience in uniformed services or school settings is advantageous.
  • Experience working with youths, investigations, leadership or community engagement is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and student engagement skills.
  • Good analytical, conflict management and de-escalation skills.
  • Able to exercise sound judgement and maintain confidentiality.
  • Professional, resilient and able to work effectively with students and school personnel.

Duration/Working Hours: 

1 year contract - subj to extension of 1 year (Jan 2027 to Dec 2027) 

  • Monday to Thursday: 09:00am to 4:30pm (one hour lunch break)
  • Friday: 08:00am to 12:30pm (no lunch break)
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays and school holidays.
