The hiring team is seeking detail-oriented candidates to help maintain and improve Organisation HRs data quality standards, whilst supporting administrative functions.
Job scope
- Conduct thorough reviews of datasets and records across various HR systems and data sources to identify data quality issues including missing data, inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors.
- Verify and correct data where necessary and obtain further information, both offline and online, for incomplete documents.
- Perform data entry into relevant systems of rectified data after verification.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand data requirements and implement appropriate cleaning methodologies.
- Perform regular quality checks on cleaned data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support team with general administrative tasks as needed, such as preparing regular reports and processing invoices.
Requirements
- A diploma holder with 3 years of strong hands-on experience in data cleaning and handling large datasets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions.
- Meticulous attention to details and quality control.
- Experience in using SAP-based HR systems is advantageous.
Duration /Working hours:
1 year contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
