Key Responsibilities:

Support project timelines and respond to stakeholder enquiries.

Verify faculty development claims: ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation; maintain organized records.

Assist with meetings and events: draft invitations, prepare agendas and materials, take and circulate minutes, support logistics.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Degree holder, no prior work experience required.

Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office.
3 months contract (Subject to extension) (Mar 26)
