Maintain and update systems tracking employee competencies, certifications, and development progress.

Compile data and support report and presentation preparation for leadership.

Create basic data visualisations using Excel and Tableau.

Content & Communications

Support the development and curation of learning materials.

Draft communications to promote talent development initiatives.

Collect and consolidate participant feedback for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Program Support
-
Prepare materials for stakeholder meetings and presentations.

Collaborate with HR and cybersecurity teams to support smooth program delivery.

Requirements
-
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
-
3–5 years experience in talent development, L&D, or HR coordination.
-
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-
Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
-
Experience with LMS and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau) is an advantage.

Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn.
1 year contract (Immediate)
