  • Data Management & Reporting

    • Maintain and update systems tracking employee competencies, certifications, and development progress.

    • Compile data and support report and presentation preparation for leadership.

    • Create basic data visualisations using Excel and Tableau.

  • Content & Communications

    • Support the development and curation of learning materials.

    • Draft communications to promote talent development initiatives.

    • Collect and consolidate participant feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Stakeholder & Program Support

    • Prepare materials for stakeholder meetings and presentations.

    • Collaborate with HR and cybersecurity teams to support smooth program delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • 3–5 years experience in talent development, L&D, or HR coordination.

  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with LMS and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau) is an advantage.

  • Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
