About the job Admin Executive- Digital Learning & Programmes(Buona Vista)
Provide administrative, content, and programme support for digital learning initiatives, online platforms, and professional learning events.
Key Responsibilities:

Support development and upkeep of e-learning materials and digital content (e.g. Articulate Rise, basic video editing).

Manage and update digital platforms and knowledge hubs using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

Create and publish EDMs and digital communications; track engagement and recommend improvements.

Provide administrative and logistical support for programmes, seminars, and virtual/hybrid events, including registration, coordination, and follow-ups.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Communications, Learning Design, Social Sciences, or related fields.

Strong organisational, writing, and coordination skills.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and digital tools is an advantage.

Able to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

Positive, proactive, and collaborative work attitude.
6 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
