About the job Administrative Executive – Programme Experience & Operations (Buona Vista)
Provide administrative, operational, and logistical support for training programmes and events to ensure smooth and effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and logistical support for programmes, seminars, conferences, and study visits.

Manage programme administration, including course records, publicity, participant registration, attendance tracking, and evaluations.

Support procurement processes, expenditure tracking, billing, and payments.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth programme delivery.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to service standards and KPIs.
Requirements:

Minimum A-Levels or Polytechnic Diploma.

Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.

Able to multitask and work under tight timelines.

Team player with good interpersonal and customer service skills.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with virtual platforms and digital engagement tools is an advantage.
