About the job Operation Executive (Hougang)

Looking for an Operations Executive to support the daily operations of the Creative Arts Complex (CAC), including the Reflections Theatre, CCA rooms and VVIP room.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to the HOD/Aesthetics & Applied Science and/or Operations Manager

  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of CAC facilities

  • Maintain specialised equipment including sound systems, stage lighting, AV equipment, retractable seating and cherry picker

  • Provide operational support for events and performances in the Reflections Theatre

  • Assist with facilities checks and maintenance reporting for school venues such as The Arena and The Cage

  • Support marketing and booking of Reflections Theatre

  • Provide AV support for school operations and mentor students in the Media Club CCA

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level / ITE certificate / Diploma in Building Services, Arts & Theatre Management or related fields

  • Experience with PA sound systems and stage lighting/DMX systems preferred

  • Team player with willingness to learn

  • Able to start 20 May 2026

  • Willing to work non-regular hours during events

Duration/ Working hours;

1 year contract (May 2026 to May 2027)

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 9:30am to 6:30pm, inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch break
Service may be required on Saturdays if there is a Reflections Theatre
Booking.
Sundays and gazetted public holidays. Candidate reporting time will be
adjusted accordingly to meet the minimum hours worked weekly as per
MOM guidelines.
