About the job ICT Executive (Pioneer)
Job Responsibilities
- Support school ICT programmes and e-learning activities
- Manage ICT devices, inventory, stock-taking, and loan records
- Administer school website and social media platforms (Instagram & Facebook)
- Manage room booking, service request, and printing systems
- Provide ICT support to students, parents, and teachers
- Operate and provide AV support for school events and activities
- Assist in ICT-integrated lessons and development of school portal resources
- Provide photography, videography, multimedia, and poster/banner design support
- Support video editing using Final Cut Pro and multimedia software
- Perform other ICT-related duties assigned by the school
Requirements
- Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of ICT-related working experience in a school environment
- Proficient in MS Office, social media administration, and multimedia software
- Knowledge of Final Cut Pro for video editing
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, organised, proactive, and able to multitask
- Team player who enjoys working in a school environment and interacting with people
Duration/ Working hours:
2 years contract (Jul 2026 to Jun 2028)
Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5.00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes (or up
to 45min) of lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
