About the job Administrative Executive – Professional Conduct & Standards (Outram)
Responsibilities:

Create and maintain case files for new complaints; update Excel databases as cases progress.

Manage daily high-volume emails (approx. 80/day), sorting and e-filing by case reference.

Track complaint timelines, draft letters using templates, and organise received documents.

Support case officers with responses and follow-ups.

Liaise with vendors on office maintenance matters.

Assist with ad hoc assignments and team projects.
Requirements:

Diploma or higher.

Strong organisational and writing skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight timelines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Capable of managing high daily email volume.
1 year contract (Immediate)
Working Days (5-day work week in office)
- Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6pm)
- Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
