About the job Temp Research Executive (Maxwell)
Seeking a detail-oriented and creative professional to support the development of a sustainable mobility publication and related digital content. This role involves research coordination, content curation, visual design, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Support development and refinement of publication content (case studies, frameworks, feature stories)

Curate and adapt content for website and digital platforms

Conceptualise webpage structure and content layout

Design visual materials including diagrams, infographics, tables and graphics

Prepare print- and web-ready assets using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

Conduct background research, literature reviews and data synthesis

Coordinate inputs from internal teams and external partners

Provide programming and event support, including preparation of briefing materials and note-taking

Assist with post-publication follow-ups, translations, webpage updates and reporting
Requirements & Qualifications

Background in Urban Studies, Public Policy, Sustainability, Communications or related fields

Excellent writing and summarising skills

Experience in publication and/or digital content curation

Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

Ability to translate policy and research into clear narratives and engaging visuals

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
6 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
