About the job Psychologist (Novena)
As a Psychologist in the Crime Psychology Division, you will support the development and implementation of a trauma-informed (TI) framework. You will also undertake projects and responsibilities related to applied research, behavioural analyses, and crisis support.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of psychology and behavioural sciences to support the conceptualisation of a trauma-informed framework.
- Develop strategies and guidelines for integrating trauma-informed practices across operations, training programmes, and support services.

Conduct stakeholder consultations.

Create training materials and resources relevant to TI practices.

Conduct applied research in crime psychology and related areas.

Conduct training and assessment work for various courses.

Perform other duties as assigned by the unit.
Requirements

Degree in Psychology or a related field.

Experience in psychology or behavioural sciences, particularly in applied forensic settings, is advantageous.

Experience in research and project management is advantageous.

Understanding of statistics and proficiency with statistical software.

Proficiency in spoken and written English, with strong analytical skills.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Duration/ Working hours:
1 year contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
