About the job AI Programme and Community Manager (Pasir Panjang)
Drive AI awareness and adoption across the public sector. In this role, you will manage community engagement, coordinate programmes, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful AI learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Support and grow a cross-agency AI learning community (7,500+ members)

Plan and execute AI programmes, workshops, and gamification initiatives (e.g., Prompt Royale)

Coordinate logistics, partners, speakers, and participants for smooth programme delivery

Collaborate with government agencies and internal AI teams

Contribute to communications, presentation decks, and post-event reporting

Stay updated on emerging generative AI tools and trends
Requirements

At least 2 years experience in community engagement, programme coordination, or event planning

Strong organisational and project coordination skills

Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills

Interest in generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience in AI/tech-related projects is a plus, but not required
