About the job Admin and Front Desk Assistant (Outram Park)
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform typing, printing, and accurate data entry tasks to support daily administrative operations
- Manage reception duties, including answering calls and attending to enquiries from teachers, parents, and the public in a professional and courteous manner
- Collate and organise survey data efficiently for reporting purposes
- Prepare and arrange refreshments for school events and activities
- Sort, distribute, and deliver items to school staff as required
- Attend to unwell or injured students in the sick bay with care and responsibility
- Assist with binding, lamination, and other document preparation tasks
- Maintain and monitor office supplies and stationery, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by the school when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level qualification
- Pleasant, meticulous, and well-organised personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- First-aid training is preferred and will be an added advantage
Duration / Working Hours:
- 12-month contract (March 2026 to March 2027), with an option to extend for an additional year
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 5:30pm (inclusive of 45-minute lunch break)
- Fridays: 9:00am to 5:30pm (inclusive of 45-minute lunch break)
- No work required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
