Overview

  • Support digital health transformation initiatives in the public sector
  • Focus on innovation, tech scouting, and pilot execution
  • Work closely with stakeholders to drive next-generation digital solutions

Key Responsibilities

1. Innovation & Tech Scouting

  • Conduct market research on digital health, AI, automation, kiosks
  • Track trends and case studies (local & global public sector)
  • Prepare summaries, comparison tables, and briefing slides

2. Project Coordination

  • Support digital projects and pilots
  • Coordinate meetings, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Liaise with vendors and stakeholders
  • Assist with presentations and proposals

3. Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain project trackers and research logs
  • Prepare briefing materials and reports
  • Develop simple frameworks and visual aids

4. Pilot Support

  • Assist in proof-of-concept setup and execution
  • Collect feedback and document insights
  • Support post-pilot evaluation and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, IT, Engineering, Design or related)
  • 1–2 years experience in project coordination / innovation preferred
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Good communication (written & verbal)
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Able to work independently and in teams

Duration/Working hours:

10 month contract (May 2026 to Feb 2027)

42 hours per week
