Overview
- Support digital health transformation initiatives in the public sector
- Focus on innovation, tech scouting, and pilot execution
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive next-generation digital solutions
Key Responsibilities
1. Innovation & Tech Scouting
- Conduct market research on digital health, AI, automation, kiosks
- Track trends and case studies (local & global public sector)
- Prepare summaries, comparison tables, and briefing slides
2. Project Coordination
- Support digital projects and pilots
- Coordinate meetings, minutes, and follow-ups
- Liaise with vendors and stakeholders
- Assist with presentations and proposals
3. Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintain project trackers and research logs
- Prepare briefing materials and reports
- Develop simple frameworks and visual aids
4. Pilot Support
- Assist in proof-of-concept setup and execution
- Collect feedback and document insights
- Support post-pilot evaluation and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business, IT, Engineering, Design or related)
- 1–2 years experience in project coordination / innovation preferred
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Good communication (written & verbal)
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Able to work independently and in teams
Duration/Working hours:
10 month contract (May 2026 to Feb 2027)
42 hours per week
