About the job Manager, Procurement (Toa Payoh)
Seeking a motivated procurement professional to support end-to-end procurement operations and provide advisory support to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide procurement advisory to internal divisions on sourcing and procurement matters
- Support preparation of procurement submissions, including expenditure papers and award recommendations
- Advise on procurement strategies, specifications, and evaluation criteria to ensure value-for-money outcomes
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes in GeBIZ (tenders, quotations, contracts, POs, invoicing, variations)
- Review and improve procurement policies and processes in collaboration with stakeholders
- Conduct data analysis, briefings, and other procurement-related administrative support
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- 4–6 years of procurement experience (public sector experience preferred)
- Familiarity with Government procurement processes and GeBIZ system
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Duration/Working hours:
12 months contract (Jul 26 to Jul 27)
Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week.
