Seeking a motivated procurement professional to support end-to-end procurement operations and provide advisory support to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide procurement advisory to internal divisions on sourcing and procurement matters
  • Support preparation of procurement submissions, including expenditure papers and award recommendations
  • Advise on procurement strategies, specifications, and evaluation criteria to ensure value-for-money outcomes
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes in GeBIZ (tenders, quotations, contracts, POs, invoicing, variations)
  • Review and improve procurement policies and processes in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Conduct data analysis, briefings, and other procurement-related administrative support

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in any discipline
  • 4–6 years of procurement experience (public sector experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with Government procurement processes and GeBIZ system
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Duration/Working hours:

12 months contract (Jul 26 to Jul 27)

Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week.
