About the job Operation Support Officer (Stevens)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain general cleanliness of school premises (sweeping, mopping, cleaning of special rooms)
- Open and close school gates as required
- Provide logistics support for school events and activities
- Ensure housekeeping supplies, laboratory and workshop stores are adequately stocked
- Monitor condition of school facilities and equipment, and report any faults or repair needs
- Assist in coordinating with vendors/contractors for maintenance works
- Support the Operations Manager in maintaining school security
- Ensure safety equipment, emergency kits, and first-aid supplies are in good condition
Requirements:
- Prior experience in cleaning, logistics, or basic administrative duties is an advantage
- Able to communicate effectively and work well in a team
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions
Duration/ Working hours:
2 months contract to Permanent
Mon to Fri: 9am -6pm or 8am to 5pm (inclusive of 30mins lunch break)
