About the job Operation Support Officer (Stevens)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain general cleanliness of school premises (sweeping, mopping, cleaning of special rooms)
  • Open and close school gates as required
  • Provide logistics support for school events and activities
  • Ensure housekeeping supplies, laboratory and workshop stores are adequately stocked
  • Monitor condition of school facilities and equipment, and report any faults or repair needs
  • Assist in coordinating with vendors/contractors for maintenance works
  • Support the Operations Manager in maintaining school security
  • Ensure safety equipment, emergency kits, and first-aid supplies are in good condition

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in cleaning, logistics, or basic administrative duties is an advantage
  • Able to communicate effectively and work well in a team
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions

Duration/ Working hours:

2 months contract to Permanent

Mon to Fri: 9am -6pm or 8am to 5pm (inclusive of 30mins lunch break)
