About Us
Seamless Assist provides fitness, health, and wellness businesses with skilled virtual assistants who deliver measurable results. We are seeking an Email Automation Specialist VA to support a client using WellnessLiving (a Mindbody alternative) for scheduling, client management, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize automated email campaigns in WellnessLiving.

• Configure triggers and rules based on client activity (e.g., bookings, cancellations, inactivity).

• Create and edit email templates.

• Segment client lists for precise targeting.

• Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and recommend improvements.

• Leverage integrations (Zapier, Mailchimp, Reserve with Google) as needed.

• Collaborate with clients management team on promotions and events.

• Provide weekly reports on campaign performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with WellnessLiving, Mindbody, Go High Level, or other CRMs/automation platforms.

• Strong understanding of email workflows, triggers, and drip campaigns.

• Knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and lead nurturing.

• Basic copywriting/design skills (Canva or HTML email editors).

• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret reports.

• Excellent written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with fitness/wellness/health industry CRMs.

• SMS automation knowledge.

• Familiarity with Zapier or API integrations.

• A/B testing & conversion optimization.
