Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensure smooth business operations, and act as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executives calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism.

Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.

Organize and maintain files, documents, and records for easy retrieval.

Track project deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Conduct research and compile data for reports and decision-making.

Manage expense reports and basic bookkeeping related to executive activities.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
