Are you detail-obsessed, Excel-savvy, and passionate about clean books and accurate payroll? Were looking for a Payroll & Bookkeeping Specialist with strong Profit & Loss (P&L) experience to join our fast-growing remote team at Seamless Assist.

What Youll Do:

  • Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements and financial reports
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for U.S.-based clients
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks/Xero preferred)
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reconcile accounts
  • Collaborate with business owners and internal team members to ensure payroll and financial reports are timely and accurate
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in payroll and bookkeeping
  • Solid understanding of Profit & Loss statements and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, Gusto, ADP, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and protect sensitive information
  • Experience working with U.S. clients is a plus
