About the job Bilingual Sales Virtual Assistant (Spanish & English)
Are you fluent in Spanish and English? Are you confident in handling sales conversations, managing leads, and closing deals? Were looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Virtual Assistant to support our growing international team.
What You'll Do:

Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads in both English and Spanish

Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media

Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups

Manage and update CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)

Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team

Support marketing efforts through lead generation and research
What Were Looking For:

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written & spoken)

Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (virtual setting is a plus)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and productivity apps

Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Positive attitude and a desire to help customers and grow with the team
Work Schedule:

Flexible, but must have availability in overlapping hours with U.S. business time zones
Bonus if you have:

Experience working with U.S. or Latin American clients
