About Us: At Seamless Assist, we provide high-level virtual support to growing businesses in the fitness, health, and wellness industries. We are currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to support business owners and on-site teams with strategic planning, day-to-day operations, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the business owner/leader for strategic planning and decision making

Create and manage KPI trackers and reports to measure performance and business growth

Facilitate regular team and leadership meetings, as well as annual/quarterly planning sessions

Manage invoice tracking, customer billing, and vendor payments

Oversee inventory and order supplies including retail stock and office equipment

Ensure timely renewal of business licenses and compliance documentation

Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts for new employees

Draft job descriptions, post on job boards, schedule interviews, and issue offer letters

Provide coaching and support to on-site general managers and staff

Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for key workflows

Conduct market and competitor research to improve operations and explore partnerships

Maintain updated contact records for staff, vendors, and tools used across the organization

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in a fitness, wellness, or health-related setting

Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with using CRM tools, scheduling platforms, and productivity tools

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Bonus: Experience with wellness or fitness studio environments
