Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Specialist VA to manage financial tasks, support accounting functions, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance or accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update financial records, including income, expenses, and transactions.

Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and spreadsheets.

Assist with bookkeeping and reconciliation of accounts.

Monitor cash flow and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Process invoices, receipts, and payments promptly.

Support payroll processing and employee expense tracking.

Handle tax-related documentation and compliance (as instructed by management).

Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members regarding financial matters.

Use accounting software and tools to manage financial data securely.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Finance Assistant, Accountant, or similar role.

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Wave) and MS Excel or Google Sheets.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
