Job Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Ads Specialist VA to manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms, with a strong understanding of targeting strategies, conversion tracking, and budget optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Setup

  • Develop and execute ad strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Create, set up, and launch ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

Ad Management & Optimization

  • Monitor ad performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.

  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize results.

  • Test and optimize ad creatives, headlines, and CTAs (A/B testing).

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for the team.

  • Set up and manage conversion tracking using Pixel, Google Tag Manager, or similar tools.

Creative & Copy Coordination

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging ad creatives and compelling ad copy.

  • Ensure ad visuals and messages align with brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Ads Specialist, Media Buyer, or similar role.

  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other ad platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making.

  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, retargeting, and remarketing strategies.

  • Familiarity with ad compliance policies on social media platforms.

  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Photoshop (a plus).

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
