As we scale, were seeking a Training Lead Specialist to drive onboarding, skills development, and ongoing training for our virtual assistants and internal team members.

Role Overview

As a Training Lead Specialist, your mission is to design, implement, and manage training programs that equip our VAs and team members with the skills and knowledge they need to perform at the highest level. You'll lead onboarding sessions, identify skill gaps, roll out refresher training, and ensure a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Training Design & Delivery

  • Design and develop training materials (slides, SOPs, videos, quizzes)

  • Lead onboarding sessions for new hires (General VA, Sales VA, etc.)

  • Conduct training needs analysis regularly

  • Create role-specific learning paths and certification plans

Performance Support & Coaching

  • Partner with department heads to identify performance gaps

  • Provide targeted coaching and refresher sessions to underperforming VAs

  • Support team leads with resources and coaching frameworks

  • Conduct skill-based assessments and feedback sessions

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track training completion, scores, and effectiveness

  • Use survey data, call audits, and feedback loops to refine training content

  • Generate monthly reports on training ROI and team performance improvement

Learning Management & Culture

  • Maintain and update internal training hubs or LMS

  • Promote a culture of learning, feedback, and peer development

  • Recommend tools and methods to improve knowledge transfer (e.g., microlearning, mentorship, simulations)

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

  • 2+ years experience in training, L&D, or operations coaching (preferably in remote/VA or BPO setup)

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills (Zoom, Loom, etc.)

  • Experience creating training materials and conducting virtual workshops

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, Notion, or similar tools

  • Ability to assess learning needs and adjust training strategies accordingly

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with LMS tools (e.g., TalentLMS, Thinkific, Trainual, etc.)

  • Background in instructional design or adult learning principles

  • Familiarity with remote support roles: General VA, Sales VA, Marketing, etc.

  • BPO or VA agency experience is a major advantage
