Job Description:

As a Global Recruiter, you will own the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Youll work closely with internal teams and clients to identify hiring needs, attract top-tier talent, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and engaging hiring experience across different regions and time zones.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment internationally (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding)
  • Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, ATS platforms, and proactive outreach
  • Conduct candidate assessments and initial interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule client interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations
  • Maintain and update recruitment tracking tools and databases
  • Ensure compliance with global hiring standards and labor regulations
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle international recruitment
  • Solid understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation methods
  • Experience working with a wide range of industries and roles
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity when recruiting across regions
  • Proficient with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, JobStreet, Indeed, and ATS systems
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously
  • Experience working remotely and across time zones is a must
