Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant VA to provide administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks such as scheduling, email management, document preparation, and data entry, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support

Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and set reminders.

Handle email management: filter, respond, and organize inboxes.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

Maintain digital filing systems and ensure easy access to important documents.
Data Entry & Documentation

Input and update data accurately in spreadsheets, CRMs, or databases.

Prepare invoices, receipts, and simple financial records when required.

Maintain records and reports for easy retrieval.
Communication & Coordination

Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members as needed.

Assist in project coordination and tracking deadlines.
Task & Project Management

Manage to-do lists, track progress, and follow up on pending tasks.

Support executives or managers with daily operational tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and/or MS Office Suite.

Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
