Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and self-driven General Virtual Assistant (GVA) with a solid background in BPO or call center operations. This role supports clients in a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Your prior BPO experience will be valuable in handling fast-paced workloads, maintaining service excellence, and adapting quickly to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support including email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry.

Handle customer service-related tasks, such as responding to inquiries via email, chat, or voice.

Assist in managing CRM tools and tracking customer interactions or sales pipelines.

Prepare reports, presentations, and basic spreadsheets as needed.

Support marketing tasks like basic research, content scheduling, or list building.

Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:

At least 2 years of Virtual Assistant experience, preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing role.

Minimum 1-2 years BPO/call center experience in customer service, sales, or technical support. is a plus

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Tech-savvy; able to learn new tools and platforms quickly.

Experience using G-Suite, MS Office, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp).

Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Preferred Skills:
