Role Overview

We are seeking an AI-Fluent Cardiology Operations Coordinator with a clinical healthcare background to support a U.S.-based cardiology team. The role focuses on patient communication, care coordination, clinical documentation, and operational workflow support, while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and documentation processes.

Candidates must have cardiology exposure (including CHF), strong patient communication skills, and experience working with EMR/EHR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups in EMR/EHR systems

• Support cardiology care coordination, including CHF patients

• Reinforce care instructions within scope (no diagnosing or prescribing)

• Track testing schedules, follow-ups, and remote patient monitoring workflows

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance

• Support billing documentation and insurance coordination when needed

• Use AI-supported tools to assist with documentation and workflow efficiency

Requirements

• Clinical healthcare background required (CNA, MA, RN, or equivalent)

• 3+ year experience in healthcare, telehealth, or medical office settings

• Experience with cardiology workflows and cardiac terminology

• B2+ English proficiency

• Experience using EMR/EHR systems

• Strong patient-centered communication skills

• Ability to work during U.S. business hours (PST)

Preferred

• Outpatient cardiology, home health, or telemedicine experience

• Remote patient monitoring exposure

• Medical billing or prior authorization knowledge

• Familiarity with AI-assisted documentation tools

• Google Workspace or Microsoft Office proficiency
