Were building the future of AI-powered business operations and are looking for our first dedicated AI Automation Specialist to design, implement, and scale automations for both our clients and our internal team.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for analyzing workflows, building automations using no-code/low-code platforms, integrating AI tools, and enabling our Virtual Assistants and clients to use them effectively. This is a hands-on execution role with opportunities to grow into a leadership position as our automation practice expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map and document client workflows to identify automation opportunities.

  • Build and maintain automations using Zapier, Make (Integromat), Airtable, and n8n.

  • Connect and manage integrations with CRMs (Mindbody, Zenoti, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Implement AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, transcription tools, AI scheduling, content generation).

  • Troubleshoot and optimize automations for reliability.

  • Create documentation and train Virtual Assistants to use new automations.

  • Research emerging AI/automation tools and recommend practical use cases.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, automation, or a technical support role.

  • Proven experience with Zapier or Make, plus strong understanding of APIs and webhooks.

  • Ability to design efficient workflows and resolve bottlenecks.

  • Basic coding skills (Python/JavaScript) a plus, but not required.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Strong documentation and training skills.

  • Curious and self-driven, eager to explore new AI tools and apply them in business contexts.
