About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant fluent in both Dutch and English to support our team and clients with administrative, communication, and customer service tasks. You will be the go-to person for Dutch-speaking clients while also collaborating with our English-speaking team and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
AreaTasksAdministrative Support- Calendar and email management
- Meeting scheduling and follow-ups
- Data entry, research, and reportingCustomer Service- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch and English
- Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain positive client relationshipsCommunication- Translate or proofread Dutch and English documents
- Draft and send professional emails
- Liaise with Dutch-speaking clients or partnersProject Assistance- Assist in project tracking and task updates
- Collaborate with internal team members on various projectsSocial Media & Marketing (optional)- Translate captions, posts, or customer replies
- Assist in creating or scheduling bilingual content
Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and task managers (e.g., Trello, Asana)
