About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Specialist with strong hard selling skills. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and thrives on closing deals. You will be responsible for driving revenue by converting leads into paying clients, hitting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to pitch services/products

Deliver compelling sales presentations and overcome objections effectively

Convert qualified leads into sales by using strong negotiation and closing skills

Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems

Collaborate with the marketing and business development team to align on sales strategies

Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in sales (B2B or B2C) with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding quotas

Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills

Strong communication skills (English, both verbal & written)

Resilient, confident, and comfortable handling rejection

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and own results

Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.) a plus
