Competitive Salary & Pay Rates

Hourly pay starts at $32 per hour, depending on specialty and location, with opportunities for additional earnings such as housing stipends in select areas.

At a 40-hour workweek, this amounts to an estimated annual income of $66,560 (approximately 3.8 million per year), and up to $199,680 (roughly 11.5 million) over three years.


What You’ll Need to Qualify

To embark on your nursing journey with Elite365 and SEAPCI, you’ll need to meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines or your home country
  • NCLEX preferred but not required for the initial interview
  • Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
  • Compassionate nature and commitment to providing patient-centered care
  • At least 3 months of Medical-Surgical experience is accepted. Applicants with backgrounds in ICU, ER, OR, NICU, PICU, or Pediatrics are also welcome for requisition.
  • Must be currently employed in a hospital facility with a minimum of 85 beds.
