Munson - Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Munson Healthcare, your primary responsibility is to provide quality nursing care to patients across various departments. • Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Education: Provide education to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Leadership and Supervision: Offer direction and supervision to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), technicians, clerks, nursing assistants, and other unit team members.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to established protocols, maintain patient safety, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
