SEAPCI is a recruitment agency specializing in placing Filipino nurses in healthcare institutions worldwide. We facilitate recruitment by collecting applications and connecting qualified candidates with our partner employers. SEAPCI does not charge applicants any placement or recruitment fees.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY & APPLICATION PROCESS

• Applicants must be of legal working age as per the labor laws of their intended country of employment.

• Applications are open to Filipino nurses and, in specific cases, foreign nurses based on employer requirements.

• Users must submit accurate and truthful information via our online application forms. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the recruitment process.

• SEAPCI manages its recruitment process through a third-party applicant tracking system. By applying, users acknowledge that their information will be processed through this system.

• SEAPCI does not guarantee employment but facilitates opportunities based on employer needs and applicant qualifications.

4. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY

• By submitting an application, you consent to SEAPCI collecting, storing, and sharing your data with employer partners for job matching and qualification assessment.

• SEAPCI manages applicant data through a third-party applicant tracking system, which operates as our recruitment platform. Users are encouraged to review its privacy policy in addition to SEAPCI’s policies.

• SEAPCI will handle personal data in compliance with Philippine Data Privacy laws.

• We do not sell or distribute applicant data to third parties outside of recruitment purposes.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content, branding materials, employer logos, and website materials are owned by SEAPCI and our partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

To ensure a fair and ethical recruitment process, users are prohibited from:

• Submitting fraudulent or false information.

• Engaging in any activity that misrepresents SEAPCI or its employer partners.

• Attempting to collect data from the website or recruitment platform for unauthorized purposes.

• Misusing employer-provided information for personal gain.

7. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

• SEAPCI acts solely as a facilitator between applicants and employers and is not responsible for employment decisions made by hiring institutions.

• While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date job opportunities, SEAPCI does not guarantee employment outcomes.

• SEAPCI is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our website, recruitment platform, or recruitment services.

8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

• Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Philippine law before escalating to legal proceedings.
