These Referral Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the referral program of Southeast Asian Placement Center Inc. (SEAPCI). By submitting a referral, you agree to the following terms:

1. Who Can Refer

   • Referrals may be submitted by existing applicants, past hires, and the general public.

2. How to Submit a Referral

   • Referrals must be submitted via email to SEAPCI. The referral must include the referred applicant’s full name, contact details, and any relevant job qualifications.

3. No Incentives or Rewards

   • SEAPCI does not provide any monetary compensation, priority processing, or other rewards for referrals.

4. Eligibility of Referred Applicants

   • The referred applicant must be a qualified nurse eligible for employment based on SEAPCI’s recruitment criteria.

   • The referred applicant must not already be in SEAPCI’s database.

5. General Conditions

   • Referrals must be made in good faith, and referrers should have the referred applicant’s consent before submitting their details.

   • SEAPCI reserves the right to decline any referral at its discretion.

   • These Terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
