Senior Supplier Side

SEARADAR is a concierge service for skippers and captains.

For six years, we have been coming up with new, out-of-the-box solutions on the market to give our customers the best service.

As Lead Supplier Side, you will be responsible for developing relationships with partners and new venues while enhancing loyalty to the SEARADAR brand. You'll also participate in conferences, increase agency commission, work with the yachting community, identify client needs, and launch new SEARADAR products.

Tasks

• Communication with charter companies
• Enhancement of loyalty to the SEARADAR brand
• Increasing agency commission
• Receiving bonuses, discounts, and freebies from charter companies
• Communicating with communities and new development venues
• Participating at trade fairs and negotiating
• Working with the yachting community, identifying client needs
• Identifying and launching new SEARADAR products

Requirements

• Knowledge of the yachting charter market is a must
• Ability to travel within the EU
• Effective negotiation skills
• Focus on business results
• Fluent English
